Founded in 1964 by Thomas D. Mills Jr., and later owned by Thomas D. Mills III, T.D. Mills has built a legacy on providing high-quality branded product solutions and services. In 2016, Tom and Dori Garman purchased the company, bringing in 30+ years of industry experience. Under their guidance, T.D. Mills has become a top promotional product distributor in Pennsylvania. Tom and Dori Garman will join Apex’s team in sales and management roles.
