Above all, Apex Advertising’s first priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, families, and the communities in which we live and work.
We would like our valued clients to know that we are fully operational and committed to providing the same high standard of service during this challenging time.
In response to COVID-19, Apex has implemented a work-from-home program where practical for employees. You will continue to receive the same high-level of care from our now remote staff as you have previously. We have tested our capabilities and feel confidently we can continue to operate at a high level. Given the remote working environment, telephone responses may have a slight lag time, and email communication is likely to provide the quickest response. Nevertheless, our commitment is to respond and serve our client base by their preferred and most convenient method. Our distribution and fulfillment teams are working onsite, and we have proactively instituted CDC best practice measures to protect the safety of our team, including increased cleaning, sanitizing, and a no tolerance policy for onsite illness.
All non-essential travel has ceased, and no onsite vendor meetings are being conducted at our office.
As of today, there are no reported COVID-19 cases among the Apex employees or their family members, and we feel the measures implemented will help us maintain the health and safety of our employees and clients while not compromising the standard of service our clients have come to know and deserve.
